I'll love them like my own!
I was lucky to spend over 10 years with my German Shepherd, who passed away from cancer about two years ago. She was the best companion and I’m grateful for all the love and memories we shared! I made sure she was always cared for and loved. Being a dog owner in the past myself, I totally get how hard it can be to leave your pet behind. As someone who would use Rover, I know the peace of mind you get finding someone you can really trust. Even though I don’t have a dog anymore, I’d love to share my love for other pets! You can count on me to care for your pup as if they were my own.

It was so nice to know Sandy was in great hands. Andrea made sure she ate even if it was just little bits and went out between thunderstorms. She kept her calm and comfortable during the storms. A true gem! Sandy came home happy even though it was a rough weather week.
Andrea sent lots of pictures and updates which made me feel comfortable. It was our first time leaving our pup here and it couldn't have gone better. Andrea has a warm and friendly personality. I knew it would be a good fit when my pup, Sandy rolled right over for belly rubs on our first meet. It didn't take long for Sandy to settle in and feel right at home. Sandy now has a great home away from home when we need it. Would highly recommend Andrea.
Andrea was wonderful! She watched my two dogs for 6 nights, and took such good care of them that they came home so happy and exhausted. My dogs can sometimes be a handful together, but she did a great job! She sent lots of photos of them, and was always very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely ask Andrea to watch my dogs again in the future!
Andrea watched my 15 year old senior dog Leo for about a week and did an amazing job! She sent me daily pictures, made sure to ask lots questions about Leo's daily routine and followed all of my instructions very carefully. I was nervous as it was my first time using Rover and Leo is very dog reactive, but Andrea was careful to keep Leo away from other dogs and Leo seemed very relaxed and comfortable with Andrea when I picked him up. I felt better knowing he was getting great care! I would definitely recommend Andrea to anyone wanting a pet sitter!
Andrea was so caring and attentive to my dog! Paired with a big yard, she was happy all week long!! You can definitely tell Andrea really cares about her pup visitors and you can enjoy any time away knowing they are in good hands. I will rebooking for my next trip, thank you again!
Andrea was super great with my dog, Ahri. You can definitely tell she really cares. She communicated often and sent multiple pictures with daily updates. Ahri had a good time and was taken care of exactly how I would have. I will definitely book again soon :)

Schedule
I live on my own with my roommate. I work from home full-time on weekdays, so your pup will have company throughout the day. Also, there's a park and trail across the street that I go to everyday, and will gladly take your pup for walks too. I also have a fenced yard, where they can play in and run around freely.

Put out fresh water and food based on their schedule, medication if needed, a comfortable sleeping space, exercise and playtime, and lots of attention for your pet!
A typical day
If your pet enjoys being active, I'm happy to take them on walks or runs in the mornings or evenings. I’m a pretty active person and enjoy staying active with pets as well.
