Your Pet’s New Best Friend 🐾
Hi! I’m Andrea—lifelong animal lover and advocate, proud hound dog devotee, and your pet’s next favorite person. I’ve had dogs for over 20 years (currently parenting one lovable beagle mix), and I also share my home with a Syrian hamster, an aquatic turtle, and a very opinionated betta fish named Jada the beta! I also have two children ages 11 and 14 that love to play with all the pets! By day, I work remotely for a veterinary company—so your pets are not only in loving hands, but knowledgeable ones too. Whether your furry friend is a bouncing ball of energy or a seasoned couch potato, I’ve got the experience and heart to care for them like one of my own. Big dogs, little dogs, drooly hounds, shy cats, quirky critters—bring them on. My house is hound-friendly, hamster-approved, and always open for pet cuddles and tail wags. Let’s chat! I’d love to meet your four-legged (or finned!) family member and be their second-best human (I know I can’t beat you 😉).

Andrea took amazing care of my dog, Theo! She provided multiple updates throughout her stay, in which Theo had a great time playing fetch in her large yard and lounged along side Andrea's dog. I would highly recommend Andrea and will have her watch Theo anytime.
Andrea is so amazing! Our little pup is a little nervous of new people and Andrea went at her pace and sent us updates throughout the day along with pictures. Our pup had such a good time and by the second day was so excited to see her in the morning! I definitely recommend Andrea for pet care.
Andrea treated our doggies with incredible care and love! It was truly a little vacation for them where they could be right at home! We so appreciate all of the snuggles for them, adorable photo updates, and great attention with exceptional care during their stay! :)
Andrea and her dog Pumpkin were amazing caring for my high needs senior dog! She was communicative and sent photos and updates throughout Pongo’s stay. He felt like he was part of the family, got to sleep on the bed, and play in her fenced backyard. He came home happy and calm! I’d recommend Andrea to anyone needing dog boarding that feels like a home away from home for your dog. Thank you!!
Andrea provided exceptional care for my corgi. I loved getting the daily updates and pictures! Duchess adored Andrea’s girls and it was obvious the feeling was mutual! It was so apparent that she was happy, comfortable and not at all stressed, exactly what I was looking for. I HIGHLY recommend her to care for your pet!

Schedule
I’m available during the week for daytime drop-ins and doggy daycare, and I also offer weekend overnight stays at my home. Whether you need help while you’re at work or a cozy spot for your pup while you’re out of town, I’ve got you covered with flexible and reliable care!

I care for every pet like they’re part of the family—because while you’re away, they are. I have a spacious, secure yard for playtime and fresh air, and my friendly dog is always happy to be a playmate… or a nap buddy, depending on your pet’s vibe. I’m happy to accommodate your pet’s usual routine—whether they sleep in a crate, a cozy pet bed, or snuggled up next to a human (I’ve definitely shared my bed with more than one furry guest!). My goal is to make your pet feel safe, loved, and right at home.

A typical day
A day at my house is like a mini vacation for your pet! We start with a morning walk to stretch those legs and sniff all the neighborhood gossip. If the weather’s nice, we might head to a nearby park or even take a quick trip to the lake for some splash time and fresh air. Back at home, there’s plenty of playtime in the spacious yard—fetch is a daily favorite around here! After all that excitement, it’s time for some well-earned lounging, snuggles on the couch, and maybe a treat or two (or three, let’s be honest). Your pet will feel loved, entertained, and right at home every step of the way!

- To make sure your pet has the best experience possible, I like to learn a bit about their personality and routine ahead of time. Are they more of a zoomies-in-the-yard type or a couch-snuggling pro? Do they have any aggressive tendencies or triggers I should be aware of—like around food, toys, or other pets? I also want to know how they do with other dogs and older kids, and if they’re used to crate time, free roaming, or prefer their own cozy space. The more I know about what your pet loves (or doesn’t), the better I can tailor their stay to feel safe, happy, and just like home.
