Andrea is great! She does really good with our big boys!

I cannot express how disappointed and upset I am with my experience with this individual. I entrusted her with the care of my dogs while I was on vacation, and she did not fulfill what was agreed upon. I did book her for overnight stays, but in reality only stopped by about four times a day. I was willing to accept that arrangement as long as she arrived at the agreed-upon times and spent time with my dogs so they could maintain their regular bathroom schedule. I have a camera in my home, and it showed that she was consistently late and did not spend time with them at all—she only briefly walked them. I became concerned and had a friend stop by to check on my dogs, at which point they discovered that my home was covered in urine and feces. One mattress was so soiled that it had to be thrown away. When I confronted her, she blamed my dogs and implied that my house wasn’t clean because I forgot a plate with one spoon of jelly in the sink. While I understand that dogs can have separation anxiety, the situation occurred because she did not spend time with them or adhere to the schedule they are accustomed to. Also, the lack of communication is a big deal, I repeatedly ask how my dogs were doing and she would say Everything was fine. I have contacted Rover and appreciate their support, but after this experience, I no longer feel safe leaving my dogs in the care of one of their sitters.

Andrea was super with my dogs. One is a difficult combo of high anxiety, fear of people, and high energy, and she warmed up to Andrea really quickly and wanted to play with her.

I’ve used Andrea for our 2 dogs now several times, and she is always amazing! Very flexible, accommodating to last minute requests and great with our dogs. Would highly recommend 😊

Andrea is fantastic! She is very personable and my dog loves her. When I travel, I feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in her care.
