I’ve always loved animals and can’t imagine life without them. While I’m not in a position to have a pet of my own right now, caring for other people’s pets is a great way for me to spend time with the animals I love. I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for friends and family for years, and I have experience with dogs and cats of all sizes. I’m very comfortable around strong breeds and understand the patience, consistency, and attention they need. I also have experience with puppies and basic training. I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their people are away. I’m attentive to their individual routines and happy to follow whatever instructions you leave for me. I have many years of house sitting experience around the world, so I understand how important it is to take good care of both your home and your pets. Most importantly, I genuinely love animals. Whether your pet needs a little exercise, companionship, playtime, or simply someone to give them some extra love while you’re away, I’d be happy to be that person. I’m unable to host pets in my home because pets aren’t permitted at my residence. I’m happy to provide loving care, walks, and drop-in visits at your home.

Andrea was great! She watched our large pitbull/great dane dog and our kitty. She was in constant contact (which we wanted) with her. She sent many a picture and video of our animals having a great time. She walked and ran the dog several times a day, every day, even when it was raining! Andrea was great! She was easy to reach on the phone and very responsible. I trusted everything she said and she went out of her way to make sure the animals were taken care of day and night. Andrea also fixed a spot on my gate where my escape artist Yogi slips through. On Thanksgiving!

Schedule
I work remotely Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so I’m home and have a flexible schedule for most of the day. I’m also generally home on weekends. This makes me available for house sitting and daytime check-ins, with plenty of flexibility to work around your pet’s routine. Tuesdays and Thursdays are my longer in-person workdays, when I’m typically away from home from about 8 AM–5 PM.

- Please let me know about your pet’s personality, routine, and any special needs ahead of time. I’d also like to know about things like separation anxiety, house-training, chewing, medications, or how they do with other dogs and people.
