I am beyond blessed to have found Andre B. to care for my dogs when I travel. She did an exceptional job caring for them, provided updates with each visit and 10 or more photos each time. Thank you so much Andrea B. for such care of my pups.
Well first I’ll start with the positives. I did get pictures/videos and I did come home to a clean house. The problems started before I left. I had hired this sitter to watch my digs when I worked 12 hr shifts so I thought we were clear that I didn’t want them alone that long. The Wednesday before I left (booking started Thursday) I messaged and asked what hours she sound he at work Friday. I was then informed she worked from 7am l-6:30 pm. It was last minute so I paid another sitter a day of house sitting to come stay with them from noon to 5. The 2nd sitter informed me that a door was left often and a dog was shredded. Accidents happen I just wonder why I was never informed. Then on Saturday, my camera shows her being gone for 5-6 hrs first thing in the morning. My dogs are not used to being shut up first thing in the morning so the camera in their room was going off constantly. I understand leaving but I think communication is key and I got none. Imagine my surprise when my front door camera shows a stranger pulling into the drive way, then leaving for a couple hours, then this man coming back, and staying all night at my house. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful and again not communicated to me at all. I will let book this sitter again as I spent most of the weekend worried about my babies.
I was so nervous to leave my cat who uses potty pads with just anyone. I felt like my babies were in great hands and I was actually able to enjoy my vacation! My cats seem to love her! Did everything for the animals and then some. Will rebook with her the next time we travel.
Andrea always does an amazing job! She takes great care of my anxious, 14 year old Bischon. So thankful to find her instead of having to board my dog away from home!!
Megan took great care of our home and our fur babies! We were able to have peace of mind everything was taken care of so we could relax on our vacation.
