This was the first time using Rover. Andrea was great at easing any worry. My dog loved her and she sent pictures every day that showed Luna was enjoying her time with a new sitter. Andrea went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend her to watch anyone's pup.
We used Andrea for the first time over Thanksgiving for our 7 month old puppy, senior german shepherd, cat, rats and fish and she was fantastic! We had last minute changes and I contacted her a week before we left. She got back to me within an hour and met me and the animals that day. She is very organized and responsible. Great with communication and attention to detail. All of the animals were happy, clean, and well cared for. My house also looked great with clean sheets when we came back! Andrea is highly recommended!
Andrea took great care of our active dog. She took him on frequent walks and provided lots of playtime. Our dog takes allergy medication and Andrea administered that according to our instructions. She communicated with us frequently and kept us updated on how our dog was doing. She also sent pictures which made us smile and helped us know our dog was happy. We will definitely book her again!

Andrea consistently exceeded all my expectations. We recently adopted a young dog with anxiety issues from a shelter and were not going to place the pup in a kennel for a must-attend out-of-town family gathering. This was a very special trip for us and the care that Andrea gave to our new dog (and the house!) is what made it possible for us to enjoy the trip. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", but the peace of mind we received during our trip was worth way more than the dollars we paid. During my career, I managed hundreds of people and know how to write a "balanced" performance review. If there had been any negative aspect to the care Andrea provided, I would have found a way to mention it...but there was none. Andrea simply excelled at every aspect of caring for our dog and home. We feel very, very fortunate to have found Andrea on Rover.
