I dedicate many hours to studying and practicing violin as I prepare for orchestra auditions, which means I spend most of my time at home. This gives me great flexibility throughout the day to care for dogs, take them out for walks, and adjust to their routine. If there is ever a moment when I am not available, my boyfriend—who is also a musician—can take care of the pets. In general, we both look after them together and truly enjoy spending time with them. We love going for walks, playing, and giving them the attention and care they deserve.

My best friend fosters three cats and regularly takes in new ones at home. Whenever she is not available, I help by taking care of them and spending time playing with them. This year, I have also looked after two cats in Ghent. I understand that cats need care, attention, and playtime, but also their own space and independence. I respect their personality and boundaries, making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I am attentive to their routines, feeding schedules, and litter box hygiene, and I always try to create a calm and peaceful environment where they can relax and feel secure.
