I currently work as a substitute teacher in Antigonish, typically from 8:00–2:30, and most weeks I work 3–4 days. This schedule gives me flexibility for early morning care, afternoon check-ins, and evening walks or visits. Walks, playtime, and exploring the neighborhood are always part of the day, along with cuddles, pets, and games to keep them mentally stimulated. I also make sure there’s quiet downtime so they can rest and feel comfortable, and I send updates and photos so owners can see how happy and relaxed their pets are.
