Berkeley Humane Society and Oakland Animal Services volunteer, trained with dogs of all temperaments. I also dog sit for family and friends, and love building trust and keeping routines consistent. I focus on quality walks, not quick outings. When appropriate, I take dogs to East Bay spots like Point Isabel, Albany Bulb and Berkeley Marina for space and stimulation. For drop-ins, your dog will get lots of attention, movement and care. I walk my dogs daily, often on longer outings. I adjust pace and distance based on your dog’s needs.

Andre took amazing care of my dog while I was out of town. Very communicative, thoughtful, detail oriented, and attentive. Andrew is a phenomenal walker! He’s responsible, a great communicator, and he is very thoughtful about my pup’s care. Having volunteered in some similar settings to Andrew, I would trust him to handle all sorts of dog temperaments and scenarios - there really is no training like city shelter experience. I am very happy working with Andrew and would recommend him heartily to anyone!

A typical day starts with a morning walk and feeding if needed. Throughout the day, I keep routines consistent, give plenty of attention, and make sure your dog feels safe and well cared for.
