Hi all! I am honored to be considered to care for your loved furbaby. What you need to know is that I was raised with cats and dogs. I have a 10 year old domestic short hair (Emmy). I miss my pups back at home with my parents. I was raised around terriers, Australian Shepard, and a whole bunch of in the middles. I love animals like they are my own and promise to show care and concern with yours. I work full-time for a non-profit downtown but work mostly from home. I make sure to communicate my availability and make sure I am meeting your expectations of care. I am a neat and tidy person who shows caution when going for walks and caring for a pet at home. I take time to get to know my clients and their animals to make sure I am meeting the needs you're looking for. I so look forward to chatting about this opportunity further.

Andre is fantastic! My two dogs are so comfortable with him which makes traveling so much easier! He is very communicative via text and would multiple updates throughout his stay. He left my home in tip top shape too!
Andre was fantastic! Very reliable and communicative during booking and throughout the two weeks he cared for our sweet pup. He sent thoughtful updates and photos and our little dog seemed so happy. We came home to a happy relaxed dog! Andre was also extremely respectful and thoughtful staying in our home. Andre was an excellent dog sitter for my dog, Colby. From the beginning, he had great communication during the handoff of Colby’s care and kept me updated daily while I was away. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing Colby was being so well cared for. When I returned home, Colby was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. Andre also left my house spotless and exactly as I had left it. I truly appreciate finding someone as reliable and caring as Andre, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter.

Andre is nothing short of amazing. He took such incredible care of our two dogs during our weeklong family trip. I am a tiny bit obsessed with my pups and hate leaving them behind, but Andre share regular updates, pictures, videos, and it gave me such peace of mind to see them in such safe, loving, caring hands. He is such a sweet and kind person, and clearly gifted with animals. He is also a perfect houseguest and took great care of our home while we were away (even shoveling during a brutal snowstorm on our way home). When we got home, our house was spotless and our dogs were happy and at peace. We could not be happier with Andre!!!

Schedule
Depending on the needs of your animals. I do work and keep my furrbabies on a schedule. If needed I can be more hands-on or off.

Depending on the services needed you and I can talk about what might be important for you to feel safe and comfortable with me handling your pets. I am an affectionate person so I do love to cuddle and love on pups. I can also provide a structure and strict routine for those who need it.
Pets
A typical day
Depending on where you are located will determine where the pup and I will go for walks. I live in Rogers Park which is a lovely area with many other animals around. I can do anything from quick potty walks (10 minutes or less) to active walks of more than 30 minutes. Dog parks seem to be popular and if permitted I would love to take the dog there.
