We start the morning with a nice walk or park run to burn energy, followed by breakfast and playtime—fetch, tug-of-war, or just some good old-fashioned belly rubs. Midday is all about connection and comfort; I keep their routine consistent, whether that means naps in a sunny spot, training refreshers, or mental games to keep them sharp. In the afternoon, we get back outside for another adventure—more exploring, more sniffing, more fun. As the evening winds down, I make sure they’re relaxed, loved, and completely at ease. By the end of the day, your dog will feel like they spent it with their favorite person—not just a sitter, but a true friend who treats them like family.
