Hello! I’m a recent veterinary technician graduate from Pima Community College. I have taken care of my challenging dogs for 10 years, both of them being tiny, feisty Chihuahuas. I am also skilled in handling cats, as an owner of them. I also have experience with reptiles, birds, guinea pigs, and rabbits through my internships. This has mostly been walking and checking up on them, especially as they both had medical issues. I have experience with giving oral medicine & eye drops. I know how to give medications, orally & SQ fluids. I am experienced with diabetic & kidney disease care, as well as elder animal care. I’m extremely tiny, so I would prefer dogs that are smaller and/or well-tempered, especially with walking on a leash. I do not care about cat temperament as long as they are not aggressive. I do not accept walks for dogs under 2 years old, but I do accept drop-in visits for them. I am also allergic to clay cat litter, so please let me know if you have cats in the house! If you would like me to petsit and scoop the litter, please transition your cat(s) to a non-clay litter prior to my visit. (Or use newspaper!) Other than that, thank you so allowing me to have this wonderful experience that will allow me to delve deeper into my field! (And get to know their wonderful personalities!)
