My family have owned dogs my whole life. I am originally from The USA, and unfortunately have not been able to own a dog while in the UK due to space issues. Our first family dog was a german shepherd. After his passing we bought a german shepherd/chow chow mix, and finally 4 years ago my dad bought himself an Aussie/Border Collie mix. I have experience walking dogs as well as visitng houses and house sitting for neighbours growing up. Some preferred that I sleep at theirs and some prefered sleep out help. I love playing with and loving fur buddies. I currently work Monday - Saturday as an accountant, but work fully remote. This means I can take house sitting bookings, as long as you have sufficient wifi for teams and other work programmes. I can drop in to take dogs on walks before or aftrr my work day as well if you just need drop in care. I am happy to stay wth your pets over night in your home. My flat is too small for pets (other than perhaps caged animals) to visit for an extended period. In the past some households have preferred that I merely visit the animals at night and again in the morning, but that is up to the owner's discretion. For overnight visits, my husband will occasionally come with me (depending on his work schedule and your jome location), but this can be negotiated if you are uncomfortable. If you are purely interested in dog walking or daytime check ups we can work out a schedule that works best for your animal. Your animals are your family members - I will treat them with just as much respect (although probably more) as I would another human being. All rules you have for your animals will be followed to the best of my ability. What is comfortable for you and them is comfortable for me.
