Anastasia took care of my older cat for a few days. She was fantastic in keeping me updated with photos/videos. My kitty enjoyed her stay. When I went to pick her up, she didn’t want to leave!

Anastasia was fantastic with Becky! She took her for long walks everyday and to the dog park. Anastasia sent us cute videos and pictures at the end of each night to keep us updated on their adventures. We felt totally at ease leaving our fur baby with Anastasia for the long weekend. Will definitely rebook!

Anastasia is an amazing pet sitter. She is loving and truly enjoys being with the pups.I also appreciated her daily updates, photos and videos. Murphy loved being with her, and I was able to truly relax during my vacation. 💞

I was extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication I received from Anastasia. After speaking with her by phone, I felt confident in her ability to care for my dogs, especially given their need for round-the-clock companionship. I hired her to stay in my home from Saturday morning through Wednesday, with the clear understanding that this would be a 24/7 commitment. Although she arrived late on the first day (12:35 p.m. instead of the agreed 11–12 window), I let it go. However, later that evening at 10:22 p.m., my patio camera alerted me that someone was leaving—it was Anastasia. She did not return until 8:35 a.m. the next morning. When I confronted her about this, she claimed she hadn’t left until midnight and had returned at 8:00 a.m., which directly contradicted the camera footage. When I pressed her further, her responses became evasive, and she stated that she suffers from PTSD triggered by cameras. For clarity, my home has only a standard Ring doorbell and one patio camera. ⸻ When I expressed my concerns, especially since my dogs are not accustomed to being alone and rely heavily on human presence, Anastasia told me she no longer felt comfortable or safe in my home. She asked what my backup plan was, and I explained that I didn’t really have one in place, but I would do my best to pull something together. I managed to coordinate with friends and neighbors to step in and asked her to please stay until 8 p.m. that evening to give me time to fill the gap. She agreed to this around 10:30 a.m. — but I later discovered she had already submitted a cancellation request through the app at 9:22 a.m., well before she made that commitment. Despite saying she would stay, she left an hour later and did not return. I sent her a message asking if everything was okay and received only a simple “yes” with no further communication. The situation caused immense stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. I spent an entire day of my trip scrambling to ensure my dogs were safe and cared for — the very thing I hired her to handle.
