Before the visit I will make sure to read all instructions and pet details. At your home I like to see how your pet is in their environment and see what they need by watching their behavior. Once I have gained their trust then I will make sure to get whatever they need and clean up any messes. if needed. I am a very patient and understanding individual and am happy to do whatever is necessary for them.
