When caring for pets in their own home, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed. I stick closely to each pet’s usual routine — from walk times and feeding schedules to favourite toys and cuddle spots — so they stay happy and settled while you’re away. I also treat every home with the same care and respect I would my own: keeping things tidy, following any house rules, and ensuring everything is just as you left it. Your pets and your home will both be in safe, reliable hands.

Before any booking, I like to learn as much as possible about your pet so I can give them the best care! It’s really helpful to know: •Their daily routine (feeding times, walk schedule, bedtime, etc.) •Any medical conditions, allergies, or medications •How they behave on walks or around other dogs/people •Their favourite games, toys, and comfort items •Any training cues, commands, or habits to keep consistent •What helps them feel calm or comforted if they’re anxious or shy The more I know, the more I can make sure your pet feels completely at home and cared for while you’re away.
A typical day
A typical day with me always includes plenty of fresh air, fun, and cuddles! I love taking dogs on long walks around beautiful spots like Whitmore Common, Chantry Woods, or Newlands Corner — perfect for exploring, sniffing, and stretching their legs. When we’re at home, I like to play games in the garden, practice a few tricks, and of course enjoy some quiet time together with cuddles on the sofa and a bit of telly. My goal is to keep every pet happy, active, and relaxed throughout the day.

Hi there! I’m Anaïs 👋 I’m 22 and absolutely love spending time with animals! I’ve cared for dogs of all ages — from bouncy puppies to gentle seniors — for family, friends, and clients alike. Over the years, I’ve looked after breeds like golden retrievers, Labradors, cocker spaniels, and border collies. I’ve also done several longer pet and house sits (up to a week at a time), making sure every dog feels comfortable, loved, and well cared for. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or cuddles on the sofa, your pet will be treated like family! 🐾💛

I have 2 puppy bulldogs and Anais was great with them. Helped with training and keeping the cool in the heat! Would definitely recommend her especially to look after young dogs.

Anais was amazing with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Barney! We got regular updates and photos all weekend, and our pup was clearly so happy and well cared for. Came home to a clean house and a very content dog!
Anais was amazing taking care of my Labrador, George who is 6yrs. She cared for my dog for a week whilst I was on holiday and she did a brilliant job! Walked him twice a day, (he’s a dog that needs a lot of exercise) and sent photos of him having fun, keeping me updated which I loved!
