I cannot recommend Anais enough! I needed a pet sitter while I was out of the country for a wedding, and from the very beginning, Anais was absolutely amazing. Her communication was outstanding—she was always quick to respond, professional, and kept me updated throughout my dog’s stay. What truly impressed me was how accommodating she was. My travel plans ended up changing, and I needed to extend my dog’s stay and make adjustments to pickup times due to unexpected delays. Anais was incredibly flexible, understanding, and willing to work with me every step of the way. She also sent plenty of photos and updates, which meant so much to me while I was away. It was clear that my dog was being well cared for, loved, and treated like part of the family.
