Hello there! I go by Declan but both names are fine, and my preferred pronouns are he/they. I've been a pet sitter since 2020, and now consider it as my job. I have acquired a lot of experience over the years, on top of a childhood spent with cats and dogs (and horses). With compassion and patience, I'm able to look after any type of dog or cat, even if they are old, on medication, nervous, or reactive. I love all animals and always do everything I can to give them the best care possible. Constant care: if your pet requires constant care (ie if I can't leave them alone more than 2 hours), holiday rates will be applied to ensure fair remuneration and because it would require cancelling my other regular commitments during the week. Thank you for your understanding. Fees: I am always open to discussion and negotiation, if there are multiple animals for instance. I understand that not every budget can afford professional pet care, but I wish to provide a reliable and excellent service to everyone whenever possible. I can assure you I’ll do my best to ensure your dog or cat is properly looked after, as if they were my own.
