I wfh 3-4 times a week and after investigating the prices of doggy daycare decided I’d rather host other dogs at my house to play and have fun! I have a cute back yard and if you’re dog is good at recall- a nice, open yard next to my house that my dog loves to play catch in too.

If you’re dog is over for the day expect lots of breaks in the yard, belly scratches, treats if allowed, and TLC all day. If you’re dog is staying over then they’ll get spoiled like mine does with all the above AND a good walk at the park. I’m SUPER flexible but case by case will let you know if I can accommodate your pup or not- regardless of the settings. For example- I can handle big dogs no problem but if they’re not trained at all- that may present a problem for walking/boarding. House visits would be OK though- so again- case by case! :)

I wrote this in another box but if you reach out for a service I’ll communicate with you to make sure I can accommodate your pup as needed!
A typical day
Walks, frozen treats, yard sniff-find games. My dog follows me around everywhere so if I host a pup that’s what I’m used to- which means lots of attention to them all day.

I would not recommend this sitter to anyone or Rover either. My husband and I had an awful experience with Ana and Rover. We did our best to try an vet her before we booked, but we got lies. She told us she is home majority of the week, so she would keep a close eye on our dog and she had no poisonous plants. Thats a lie. She was busy going to home depot, making repairs, fixing her fence, not paying attention to both what her dog and mine were doing. My dog got into a poisonous plant, when she said she didnt have any. Then that evening had friends over who left doors open and the dogs unsupervised. Both her dog and mine got into the trash and she took them both to the vet to induce vomiting. My dog had to throw up 3 times. Then she thought I was picking my dog up early, but my booking said 2pm-2:30pm. She said “I am having a party and a lot of people over.” I had to get a friend to go get my dog early, but when my friend got there, Ana wasnt opening the door for my friend to get my dog until my husband called her from the airport to discuss the vet bill and the charges for the plants. She wanted the money sent via Zelle and not handle it through the app. That seems like such a scam. If she had actually watched my dog or hers, they wouldnt have gotten into poisonous plants or trash. My dog wouldnt have come home looking malnourished. We gave her a bag of food we knew Akita would finish, but not even a dent in the food. She looked like she just kept her outside the entire time. Rover did not help at all either to try and settle this matter. Do not use Rover and please take your pets somewhere else. This sitter should not be allowed to watch pets, she is neglectful.
Ana is AWESOME, Jake stayed with Ana 4 nights and I can say he wasn't ready to leave. When I went to pick him up he did not want to hop in the car like he usually does. I'm certain he enjoyed playing with Ana's fur baby and all of the attention. It's just the two of us now that my son went off to college. I will definitely be booking soon. Fern
Ana is one of the sweetest pet owners I know. She is responsible, loving, and caring. I definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter
