Dior previously had urinary tract issues that required hospitalization and a specialized diet, and Ana was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She offered gentle, well-researched nutritional suggestions tailored to his needs while always respecting my budget and comfort level. Ana cared for my Pit Bull puppy, Draco, for a full week while I was away in Puerto Rico, and she exceeded every expectation.
