Hello! My name is Ana and, with some help from my husband, Paul, I care for your furry family members with lots of love, patience and attention 💖🐾 I have over 10 years of experience rescuing and caring for cats in Brazil. Throughout the years, I’ve rescued many cats and today I have three rescue cats of my own — we even brought them with us from Brazil, because once they become family, no one lets go of anyone’s little paw 🤝🐾 I also have many years of experience with dogs, including bathing, simple grooming, medicated baths, administering medication, and wound care. I’ve cared for different types of pets, including rabbits and even a very special Syrian hamster (Professor Gerald Flufling 🐹 — you can see him in my photos!). Having only arrived from Brazil in 2024, I'm still improving my English. Whilst I understand most things, I have Paul on hand to translate🤭, making sure I understand every detail and instruction perfectly, so your pet’s routine is always followed with care and respect. With our combined experience, your pet will always be surrounded by attention, affection and a calm, safe environment. Whether your pet loves cuddles and company, or prefers space and a gentle approach, we will adapt to their personality and needs. We respect every routine and every little detail that makes them feel secure and happy. We have a small, secure pet enclosure in our garden, which is suitable for cats and rabbits to have some time outdoors without risk of escape or being visited by the local foxes. We also love to keep you updated with messages and photos while you’re away — so you can relax knowing your baby is safe, loved and well cared for 💕 We would love to meet you and your pet! 🐾

Another successful dog walking booking with Ana and Paul. Excellent feedback with lots of photos
Ana and Paul came and met Millie ahead of the booking. Asked all the relevant questions about Millie’s routine and keen to ensure that they would meet her needs. Millie had two days of dog walking with them. Lots of photos and feedback if the walks sent. Excellent communication and house keys safely returned to me.
Ana and her family are the sweetest. They are very accommodating to Nucleus' needs. They played a lot with him and gave him so much exercise. They also made him comfortable at home.
Ana and Paul are lovely and obviously have a huge affection for animals. They looked after our 1 year old dog and I could tell he had a wonderful stay from both the videos, photos and when I came to pick him up after the stay. I would highly recommend Ana and Paul. Thank you both x

Schedule
I have a flexible routine and can easily fit pet care into my day. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, and I make sure pets get attention, walks, playtime, and care throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
Every animal is different - some are ready to make friends straight away, others are more nervous and find the experience of being separated from their owners or their normal environment quite traumatic. I provide a calm, safe, and loving environment, either in my home or the owner’s home. I follow all instructions carefully, keep pets supervised, and ensure they feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for. I also have a small, secure pet enclosure (roughly 6sqm) in my garden, providing an outdoor space for animals without the risk of escape.
A typical day
I try to replicate your pet's typical day when he's with you, whether that's chasing a ball around the park or a gentle stroll through the streets. At home, I've got plenty of toys for our more energetic visitors, and I'm just as happy cuddling up with them on the sofa.
