LOVING PRIVATE BOARDING care for Dogs! We only take 1 dog at a time. Your Dog will have extra special care 1 on 1. Your dog will never be left alone for long and will be watched carefully, with love under the care of a preschool teacher and retired Doctor. Here your dog will receive the upmost care and attention! As a preschool teacher of 30 years and a dog lover, I am acutely attuned to the needs of our most precious little ones. I have been surrounded by dogs my entire life and caring for them has always come naturally to me. We had a golden retriever named Brandi for 11 wonderful years, and for the past five years, we’ve had Ellie, our sweet and definitely "hooman" English Springer Spaniel. We also regularly care for our son’s Mini Australian Shepherd, Kalbi, whenever he travels. From puppies to seniors, I’ve had hands-on experience with a variety of breeds and temperaments, and I truly enjoy giving them the love and attention they deserve. Your dog will get special love and attention with us.

We had been looking for a trust worthy sitter for our Aussie Doodle, Darla for some time, thank goodness we found Ana and Mitchell (and Ellie) who have a warm, clean and safe environment. Ana & Mitchell know how to engage with a dog, minimizing the stress for Darla and for her doggie parents as well!
Mitchell and Ana did a wonderful job watching my 4 month old puppy while we were out of town. It was our second booking and I would highly recommend them to others. We got updates and pictures throughout the stay, which was great. Ellie is a sweet, calm dog who our dog learns from. Thanks Mitchell and Ana, hope to book with you again soon!
Ana and Mitchell are so helpful in watching and caring for our 6-month-old puppy. They keep him entertained and he enjoys playing with their dog Ellie. He stayed on a good schedule with walks, naps, and meals, and came back super happy after staying almost a week with Ana & Mitchell. We received lots of update pictures and notes to reassure us that Shaggy was doing well. My husband and I really appreciated that Ana & Mitchell were careful to not leave our dog in the house alone because he is not used to staying home alone yet. They are great pet sitters and wonderful people who definitely care about the dogs and puppies under their watch!
Ana and Mitchell and their dog Ellie were wonderful sitters for our 5 month old Labradoodle puppy. I am very glad to have found them. Their fenced in backyard and house are set up for entertaining new dogs with comfort and safety. They were able to get our puppy to eat his meals even though he's teething and sometimes unmotivated. He loved playing with Ellie and he was so relaxed after I picked him up because he had a great night with Ana & Mitchell.
Ana and Mitchell were incredibly caring with Sophie. I needed a last-minute sitter for Sophie, who isn’t used to being home alone yet at 5 months, and they were amazing. What I love about them is that someone is always home and they only take one dog at a time. They were quick to schedule a meet-and-greet and were very welcoming. Sophie got to meet their dog, Ellie, and they got along instantly. Ana and Mitchell were flexible, accommodating, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure Sophie’s needs were met. We set up a short doggy date for a couple of hours, and it went perfectly- Sophie didn’t even notice we had left! Since leaving Sophie is new for us, we appreciated the frequent updates and their respect for her schedule. She came home happy and content, and it was clear she had a great time. Sophie will definitely be back soon. We even forgot a couple of things at their house and stopped by later, and Sophie was eager to go back inside to Ana and Mitchell’s home- showing just how comfortable she feels there.
After an initial meeting, our puppy had her first daycare sit to get her acclimated and familiar with Ana, Mitchell, and Ellie in preparation for an upcoming overnight boarding. It’s clear Ana & Mitchell love dogs and that came out not only in their care for their own dog, Ellie, but for ours as well. Ellie is super sweet and friendly; a perfect companion for our girl, Sophie. Their home provides a safe, clean, and warm environment and they took great care to understand the needs of our pup. I highly recommend them and look forward to future sittings with them!

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into our daily lives. I’m a soon-to-be retired preschool teacher here in Pasadena, and my husband Mitchell is a recently retired high school teacher and retired chiropractor. Between the two of us, someone is always home-I'm available from 3 p.m. to 8 a.m. on weekdays, and Mitchell is home 24 hours a day. We’re also home almost all weekends. This means your pup will enjoy round-the-clock companionship and care without ever feeling alone or wondering where their human friends are.
