My partner and I are both working from home, therefore we have a flexible schedule. We can have dogs at my place and keep them company and take care of them while working, and have the availability to take them for walks in the morning (I’m a morning person), mid day and in the afternoon where my schedule is free.

I always like the owners and the dogs to feel comfortable. I always follow the rules that the owners have to take a better care of their beautiful pets. My apartment has space for the dog to relax and enjoy and I live close to different parks where I can always take them and let them enjoy the sun, fresh air and snow. If I have to leave the house to do groceries or errands, my partner will keep an eye on your pet (he also loves animals and has experience taking care of dogs and pets).

For us it’s very important than the dogs and owners feel comfortable and secure. Therefore it is very important to know about any rules or training that you have for your dog. It’s also important to know if they have to take some medication, how are they around other dogs and any situation or event that can trigger them so we ensure that your pet would be safe.
A typical day
My partner and I love going for walks with them, there’s a dog’s park close by so going there and run around is very fun for them. We would play with their favorite toys and every day we’ll try to get a new adventure for them.

Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs since I was 6 years old. I grew up in a family in Mexico that showed me that pets are part of the family. I started volunteering and adopting street dogs when I was 13. Since then I have known my life won’t be the same without dogs. I also took care of different dogs in The Netherlands, while studying my Masters. I did pet boarding, pet sitting and dog walking, and I enjoyed every minute of it! I have learned some tricks for training dogs, and of course I have a lot of experience going for walks, taking baths if any accidents happen, feeding and giving treats to make them happy.

Ana Laura and her partner are so kind and caring. This is was Oreo’s first stay with them and she really enjoyed her stay and we were so relieved and had a great for ourselves after quite some time. We are looking forward to rebook!
