3 stars because Ana seems very sweet and was prompt in helping to schedule care for my dog + she was helpful in sending a refund when I canceled the second walk. However, when it came to the actual day of care, she was late without notice - I almost had to leave work due to not receiving a response before or at the time she was supposed to be walking my dog. Once I was able to get in touch with Ana, It proceeded to be difficult to get a timely response during the scheduled window of care. She seemed to do a good job walking my dog, but with it being her first time watching him, I wish she had communicated more effectively to establish the trust needed for pet care.
