Hello! My name is Ana. I’m a 28-year-old medical sciences and psychology graduate student living in Norwich, currently working within NHS in mental health services. Previously, I have worked with children and vulnerable individuals in educational and social care settings. I am truly passionate about our pawsome friends, and have had the opportunity of meeting and caring for a lot of special and unique pets in my life. Although I could not have a family pet, due to a sibling’s allergic condition, I took whatever opportunity I got to have some time with other family members or friends’ pets. I have been surrounded and completely in love with dogs since I was a kid, and always take every chance I get to give a pet or cuddle to any pups I encounter. I really like spending time with animals, children and in the nature, as it has always been something that brings me joy and peace, also contributing to my own wellbeing. I would be more than happy to spend some time with any pets in need of extra care or attention, and truly appreciate the trust that it involves for their families. I am also flexible with schedules and locations, so whatever I can help with, just please reach out. Either this is for a quick “toilet break” and sniff snaff around the neighbourhood, a home visit while you are out, a longer stay if you need some extra time away, or a full running around quality time for some outside exercising. I am always welcoming of both repeat and new bookings, so do get in touch whenever you might need!

Safety, trust & environment
I will always ask the owners what they would like the care to be like, or what they would like it to include, so that you and your pet(s) are happy with the service. Usually, I will adjust to whatever you say and try to meet both yours and the pets expectations. This might include specific feeding times, walking frequency, medication timetables, trigger avoidance, prolonged playtime, relaxed companionship, or attentive care around a particular sensibility.

We left our 4 month old puppy with Ana for the first time this weekend, and we couldn't have asked for more! Ana was warm and easy to talk to as soon as she arrived and our dog, Bobby seemed to immediately warm to her and fell asleep on her in the first 5 minutes! Ana was flexible with timings and gave us updates throughout which really put our mind at ease. Would highly recommend!
Ana was the perfect house and dog sitter for our 8 month old Clumber Spaniel Mango. She gave us lots of updates and photos and was great at keeping an eye on Mango and had some lovely walks and snuggles with her. Mango is super happy and sleepy now. Thanks again Ana!!
Ana was fantastic with my Goldendoodle puppy, Dennis. She updated me throughout the day and made sure he got plenty of play and sleep. I will definitely be rebooking when I need a dog sitter
This was our first time leaving our dog with a sitter, and Ana was amazing throughout! From the initial meet and greet to ensure he was going to be comfortable when left with Ana, to the regular picture updates throughout the day, we cannot recommend Ana more! We have come home to a very happy and sleepy dog! Thank you
Ana was great with Griff, she came for a meet and greet before house sitting and we left confident that the house and dog would be looked after. She gave us regular updates while we were away
An excellent dog sitter! My partner and I have worked with many dog sitters before and we found Ana to be especially considerate of our senior dog. She had noticed mannerisms in him we thought someone would only pick up on after years in his company, and it was such a clear indication of her dedicated care. Also, she’s a wonderful communicator. We had the perfect amount of updates with specific details and adorable photos. Made us feel so at ease getting the regular information on Tonka’s happenings. Also, she left our home very clean which is such a bonus. We will definitely work with her again I imagine many times in the future.

Schedule
Regarding availability, I usually work odd long shifts, and have some free days during the week, so I am quite flexible with schedules and can usually adjust to your needs. Sometimes, my partner can also help out during bookings if owners consent to it, as he is able to cover for times when I might be working, so we have both worked together in the past to make sure that we are able to do the best for the pets we look after. I am not so great with getting back to owners very quickly, as I do usually have a lot going on at the same time, but if you message me, please know that I will get back to you as soon as possible!
