NEW CLIENTS, PLEASE READ! Hello animal lovers! I'm An and I would love to give the quality care that your animal companion deserves. I have experience caring for cats, dogs, rabbits, fish, & reptiles. Overall, I'm extremely patient and loving towards all creatures and willing to travel to meet you and your furry/scaly/hairless family! I am available for most days of the year including popular holidays like New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas! Some background information about me - my family are refugees from Vietnam and I am a queer first generation Vietnamese-American born and raised in Southern California. I have cared & fostered for animals since a young age. In 2016, I graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.A in International Relations. What to expect during care services: - In general, arrival and departure times are estimates, not exact. - I am insured by Pet Care Insurance (PCI). Meet & Greets: - Please schedule a drop in visit for a meet and greet a minimum of 3 days in advance before your booking in order to receive quality care services! - Meet and greets are a great opportunity to see if we are compatible for any service that I provide. Meetup locations can be at your home, my home, or in public (e.g park, beach). - During this time, feel free to ask me any questions or give me any instructions for an upcoming service. I will also ask you a list of questions in order to get to know your home and animal companions better. - If you do not have or want a lockbox, we can exchange keys at this time so I can enter your home for an upcoming booking. Sittings: - During sittings, I will stay at your home full-time and will only leave for 4-6 hours at a time. - Sleeping overnight is optional. I can sleep in a spare bedroom, your bedroom, or the couch - which ever one you prefer. - Please provide access to clean sheets & towels, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, and garage parking if available. - You will receive 2-3 text and photo updates per day. - Housekeeping chores will be completed before leaving your home (i.e taking out the trash, cleaning the dishes, light sweeping/vacuuming). - Bringing out and putting back garbage pails for trash pick up can also be done if requested. - For first time clients, please book at least 3 days in order to have enough time to schedule a meet and greet. - For stays during popular holidays, consider booking as soon as possible in order to ensure a guaranteed booking. Boarding: - Currently I am accepting only cats and dogs that are socialized with cats into my home. - Your pets will be treated like they are a part of the family. They are welcome to explore my home! - Please provide all supplies (e.g food, leash, litter, treats, bags, toys, etc). I have a big bed that even large dogs can fit on. - Pick up and drop off is available as an extra charge. - Updates will be given 2 times a day. - I have a backyard where pets can play and go to the bathroom. - Dogs will be walked once or twice a day. Walks: - Walks are 30 minutes long, but can also include playtime (e.g 20 minute walk + 10 minute fetch). - 60 minute walks are $10 extra regardless of how many dogs are being walked. - Meals, treats, water, and medication can be administered before or after the walk. - Paws and bottoms can be cleaned before reentering your home if requested. - A report with care summary and a photo will be sent after the walk. Drop-Ins: - Drop-in visits are 30 minutes or 60 minutes long. - Meals, treats, water, medication, walks, and potty breaks can be given. - Paws and bottoms can be wiped/cleaned before reentering your home if requested. - A report with care summary and photo will be sent after the drop-in.
