I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I’m home the majority of the day and your pup will rarely be left alone. My schedule is flexible, which means plenty of time for walks, potty breaks, playtime, and sticking to whatever routine your dog is used to. The house is quiet and calm, which works well for dogs who prefer a low-key environment.

My home is a safe, pet-friendly space where your dog is treated like family. We have a large fully fenced backyard with plenty of room to run, play, and sniff around safely. I have a mini blue heeler of my own who’s great company for social dogs, and I’m happy to keep visiting pets separated if yours does better solo (only have her occasionally). I stick closely to the feeding, medication, and walking routine you provide, keep dogs leashed on every outing, and send photo and video updates so you always know how your best friend is doing. If your dog is crate-trained, I’m comfortable using one for rest or bedtime.

I’m experienced with dogs of all sizes and energy levels, and I have a large fenced yard plus plenty of space. A typical day
Growing up on a ranch, I’ve cared for dogs my whole life, so your pup will get plenty of attention. We’ll head out for walks to sniff around the neighborhood, play games in my big fenced backyard, and explore a nearby park. There’s always a comfy spot to nap and cuddle when it’s time to wind down.

Pet care experience
I grew up on a 100-acre ranch with 13 dogs, so caring for animals has been part of my daily life for as long as I can remember. I helped raise numerous litters of puppies, which taught me everything from feeding schedules and socialization to house training and keeping a close eye on the little ones. Today I regularly watch my friends’ pets and care for my grandparents’ two dogs — feeding, walks, playtime, and lots of attention. Dogs are my favorite people, and I treat every one like my own. I can’t wait to meet your best friend!

Amya has helped me walk my dogs a couple of times when I had to stay late at work. She showed up to my house on time, was very approachable and kind to my dogs. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for some help with your fur babies!
