Hi! I've lived in Ketchum most of my life. I was both a student and a teacher in the Wood River Valley, as well as a member of the alpine ski team. I am now an empty nester, retired, and enjoying the many wonderful outdoor activities here, and enjoy them even more with one or several dogs in tow! I'm a lifelong dog owner, all of which were rescue dogs who have taught me a great deal. I am experienced with many different personality types, behavior issues, and needs of dogs. I am quick to recognize signals dogs give so I may best keep them relaxed and safe around all kinds of characters, both the human and dog type! I have plenty of experience giving shots, pills, etc. Exercise is key for most animals- let me give yours the exercise it needs.

At this time I am not caring for pets in the home due to a rental property. I am open to pet sitting in a client's home.

Amy is truly exceptional. Her communication skills are top-notch, she's always punctual, very friendly and being around her naturally puts you at ease. I will be booking more dog walking sessions with her! My pup came back thoroughly exercised and in the best mood—tired yet content and mellow.

Schedule
I am a retired school teacher and a recent empty nester. I have a lot of free time on my hands that I like to fill keeping active with dogs! I love to help people, and my love for the outdoors and staying active aligns with my love of pets!
