Hi! I'm Amy. I'm a full time pet sitter/dog walker and I am in the process of becoming a certified dog trainer and cat behaviorist. I've always loved animals. My third word was "Bubbah" the golden retriever that lived on our street. I've rescued, rehabilitated, fostered, and cared for animals since I was seven. I've done it all. Everything from hand feeding injured birds to fostering spicy lil foster kittens. You can also find me volunteering at the city shelter. I'm very active and run cross country, so I have no issues keeping up with an active pup. From kittens and puppies to special needs seniors, it’s an absolute joy to care for them and make them happy.

Every animal has their own personality and their own needs. If I'm lucky enough to meet and care for your pet, I can adapt to how you would like me to care for them. I would love to know as much about their likes and dislikes so I can best meet their needs and make them comfortable. I also have experience with special needs pets. I have experience administering insulin, subcutaneous fluids, FIP injections, and pills/oral medications.

Schedule
I work all holidays except New Years. I typically work Monday-Friday, but can make some weekend exceptions. I do work weekends during major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.

- PET QUESTIONS: What is your pet's schedule like? I would like to keep it as close as possible to what they're accustomed to. Do they have any special needs, medications, or allergies that I should know of? Are there any high value treats you approve of that I might be able to use during the booking to earn their trust or as a lure for behavior modification? How do they behave around new people? Are there any triggers to be aware over? If your pet happens to get nervous or scared, is there anything in particular that can help calm them down? BOOKING QUESTIONS: What do I need to know about entry or pickup/drop off? Is there a lockbox or any entry codes I will need? For key pickup/drop off when would you need me to schedule that with you? Will I need a guest pass for street parking? If you've moved recently, is your Rover address up to date?
