I am currently not working so I am around all day to meet your animals needs! I love going out on walks especially when my dog can also join. I have worked in veterinary medicine as a nursing assistant with the progression of going onto veterinary nursing soon!

Within your own home I would ask for you to tell me if they can go on furniture or not, any rooms they can/can’t go in and just make things as normal as possible. As trust is built and if you think they are good off leash I am happy to let them roam as long as I feel their recall is good. Their safety is my top priority. In my home they will be treated like royalty with all the snuggles and pets wanted.

Let me know if your dog has any issues with other dogs or people so I won’t put them in any situation that makes them uncomfortable. Also if they have any special needs that need to be met or aggression around food or toys! Anything that will make their time with me more fun.
A typical day
I love going on long walks, sometimes hiking up, bike rides! I am happy to go out for long walks in all weathers from the beach to the forests. I like to teach new tricks and do new things to keep their mind stimulated like puzzles, hiding treats and hide and seek.

Hey, Amy here! Growing up I have always had animals, 3 cats, a dog, rabbits, Guinea pigs, snakes and a hamster! So my love for animals started at a young age, I also have my own dog who is a rescue from South Korea and loves having friends, I have also had my own husky’s and border collies I have looked after all sized dogs, different ages, different temperaments and have some knowledge about reactive dogs. I’m happy to help with medical needs and training! I am studying to become a veterinary nurse and have spent time in Bolivia volunteering with monkeys,wild cats and jungle dogs. Amy did a great job looking after my dog. She sent me photos throughout the day, went on two longs walks despite the bad weather and treated him like her own.
Amy was really great and professional from our first contact. We made a last minute request for house sitting our Labrador, Hardy. Amy got back very quickly and came over for a meet and greet. Hardy was completely comfortable with her and she was great with him. Amy's stay with Hardy was great for us, she was prompt and gave regular feed back. Hardy was very content when we got home. We would have no problem with recommending Amy and will certainly ask her to sit for Hardy in the future.
Amy was great!! She was very accommodating with drop off/pick up times and was super engaged with our dog's habits and ways. She has a cool dog of her own, Sunny, and a great fenced backyard for the pups to run. We will definitely use Amy again next time we're in the area and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Amy!!
