Over the years, I’ve had lots of experience dog sitting for family and friends, looking after everything from energetic puppies to older dogs who need a gentler routine. My priority is always to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m reliable, patient, and committed to keeping their routine as consistent as possible—whether that’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just lots of cuddles. Amy was perfect. Took onboard all of the advice we gave about our rescue dog and made sure his stay was completely stress free. Even allowed him to come over earlier in the day for him to rub himself on all the furniture. Would definitely book again.
I lived with Amy at university and she is a very kind and considerate person who always takes care in everything that she does, and always looks out for people and animals. She is responsible and loving, caring for her own family dog and other people’s dogs when they came to visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Amy to care for your pet, as I know she will be an excellent carer, treating them with love and respect as if they were her own.

Schedule
Pet sitting fits really well into my schedule as I’m able to work flexibly and adjust my time around the needs of the dogs I care for. I have availability most weekends and can often work around weekday requests too, depending on your requirements. I’m happy to discuss times so we can find the best fit for both you and your pup. 🐾

I have a quiet, pet-friendly home with a large garden, and I’m conveniently located near green spaces and plenty of parks—perfect for lots of lovely walks and outdoor adventures.
A typical day
A typical day with me is all about keeping your dog happy, comfortable, and cared for. I like to start the day with a nice walk to stretch their legs and get some energy out, followed by breakfast and a bit of downtime. Depending on your dog’s personality, we’ll spend time playing, practicing enrichment activities, or enjoying some cuddles and companionship. If they love the outdoors, I’ll take them on regular walks to nearby green spaces and parks for fresh air and exploration. I always make sure their routine is kept consistent with feeding, walks, and rest, so they feel secure and settled. By the end of the day, they’ll be relaxed, content, and ready for a good night’s sleep. 🐾
