Amy was fantastic. She provided detailed check-in notes and plenty of pictures during every visit, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Our cat unexpectedly developed a UTI and needed oral medication. As any cat owner knows, giving medicine isn’t always easy! When our kitty was stubborn and occasionally coughed the medication back up, she kept us informed right away and worked with us to come up with different ways to help her take it successfully. She also went above and beyond by bringing in several unexpected packages that arrived while we were gone. We truly appreciated her communication, flexibility, and care for our cat. I would absolutely hire her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and compassionate pet sitter.

We have two cats, neither of whom would be described as social. One is outright terrified of strangers. We came home from our trip to find both of them well-fed, happy, and apparently charmed. The shy one actually seemed mildly disappointed that it was us at the door and not her. I'm choosing to not take that personally. She kept them comfortable, kept their catnip supply well-stocked, and sent us genuinely great photos throughout the trip, the kind we actually looked forward to receiving rather than just skimming to confirm no one had knocked over a houseplant. Our cats typically vanish the moment a stranger walks in. She had both of them out and engaged every single day. I don't have a scientific explanation for that. She'll be our first call the next time we leave town. We were lucky to find her. Five stars, no hesitation.
