I’ve always had an overwhelming love for dogs- it does my heart good to see their tails wagging ❤️ I’ve been happy to help out neighbors, friends, & family when they are away from home. I simply enjoy spending time with dogs- whether I’m taking them for a walk, throwing them a ball to retrieve (or play keep away!), playing tug of war, feeding them/ taking care of their medical needs, or just hanging out and petting them on the couch! Dog owners say they’d like to come back as my dog some day! I truly believe our dogs are a huge part of the family and deserve to be treated as such! Their needs become my needs, I just want them to have a loving home where they feel safe and comfortable while their parents are away! I retired from being a dental hygienist in 2020, but like to stay active. I am available most days and will do my best to work around you and your dog’s schedules. I have the gift of time now, so am able to offer superb and quality care to your loved one. Literally- their wish is usually my command! Keeping your dog not only happy, but also safe is of utmost importance to me - I get it! Our home has a large fenced in back yard and a pool with afternoon shade so it isn’t too hot for their paws. We’ve had two beautiful Brittanies in the past- Brandi was 14 and Sami jo was 13 when each passed away. I still miss Sami jo so much, she just passed away in 2023- it is sort of my therapy to get my fix of furry love through other’s dogs now. There is an outdoor kennel behind our garage if needed and an acre lot for your dog to run around. No matter what, your dog will get lots of attention! ❤️ Since retiring as a dental professional, I am blessed to do the things that I truly enjoy doing- That includes spoiling dogs! I always request a meet and greet before booking a service to ensure we are all a good fit. That’s when I gather as much information as I can to find out you and your baby’s wants and needs. I aim to please, am open to special requests, and feel confident you will have an overall exceptional experience by using my services.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs are priority while in my care. I work to provide only positive interactions with each dog and to make sure that there is nothing negative that happens on my watch! For that reason, it only makes sense to take in 1 family’s dog at a time - preventing chaos is the name of the game ☺️ I prefer to offer individual attention for each and feel that’s much easier to do in a controlled environment. Our home is big enough for them to have the run and eventually plop down on a couch once tuckered out!
A typical day
I appreciate all kinds of interaction with dogs. Every dog deserves to know they are loved- whether it be throwing a ball for them to retrieve, playing tug of war, taking them for walks, or just simply petting them while chilling out in the yard or on the couch.I love the outdoors, so am willing to accommodate your dog’s needs in getting them some exercise and trying to get some of their extra energy out! I understand every dog is different so am willing to walk however long you and your pooch decide is appropriate. Whatever that looks like for you, I’m in!
