Dog Walking and Boarding in a family home
I’ve been a dog lover all my life and a proud owner of my Labrador Macy. She is 10 years old and genuinely is a lovely dog, we’ve not met another dog yet that she doesn’t get along with. We also have a boisterous 8 year old in our house. It can be a bit of a mad house so we love to get out for walks. He’s very comfortable and confident with dogs but it’s important that your dog is ok with children, because of this- we don’t accept dogs under 1 year old for dog boarding and would always prefer dogs on the calmer side 😊 We have a park just across the road for quick walks but love visiting the local areas for longer walks

Amy sent regular updates and photos. She was also honest about Poppy shaking when she first arrived (she often does this) Amy reassured us she had wrapped Poppy in a blanket and had snuggles on the sofa which stopped her shaking. Poppy was made to feel safe and comfortable and included in Amy’s family home. We would highly recommend Amy.
So please, when the way Darcy my little Daxson dog was cared for by Amiee very pleased

Amy was very caring in looking after Meg, my West Highland Terrier. I was a little apprehensive as to how Meg would cope staying with someone unfamiliar but I need not have worried. Amy kept me updated daily with messages and photo’s of how she was settling in and Meg seemed to get on very well with Amy’s dog.
It was lovely to know our pooch was being well cared for in a family home, Amy was brilliant from start to finish and get me updated throughout. Will be booking again and would highly recommend.
Everything was great, from the initial communications to the pick up of Mollie (our dog) from home. I could tell when we picked her up that she had really enjoyed her stay, hope to use again

Schedule
There is someone in the house everyday as I (Amy) work from home. My partner (Jordan) normally has a day off during the week and then one at the weekend.

Safety, trust & environment
Easily able to let dogs out for bathroom breaks as we have a fenced garden. Able to keep your dog and my dog separate if we need to. We send regular photos to keep you up to date. Any walks are done on lead (both yours and mine) to ensure everyone stays safe.
Pets
A typical day
We live across the road from Tardy Gate recreation ground that has a big field for dogs to stretch their legs. We also have a good sized garden so can always run there if your dog still has energy left over. If all else fails, our seven year old can definitely run dogs round in circles haha!
