Pet care experience
Pro Dog Sitter | WFH & Meds
People tend to call me a modern-day Snow White because I have an absolute passion for all animals! I’ve been a dedicated dog owner most of my life, and at one point, I even successfully managed a pack of 5 dogs at one time. Very little phases me, and I know exactly what it takes to keep a multi-pet environment safe, calm, and happy. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own children. Because I work from home full-time, your pets will receive continuous supervision, structure, and a baseline of companionship throughout the day. Why Choose Me? Specialized Care & Meds: Fully experienced and comfortable administering oral medications, managing strict health routines, and caring for senior pets. Behavioral Comfort: I have a background in basic training techniques and know how to naturally handle high-energy pups, as well as rescue dogs dealing with anxiety or timidity. Active Lifestyle: I love the outdoors, walking, and hiking. If your dog thrives on outdoor adventures, they will have a built-in hiking buddy with me! All Breeds Welcome: From tiny Shih Tzu terriers to powerful Pit Bulls, I love and respect all breeds. My Setting & Setup I specialize in House Sitting (care in your home). I prefer staying at client homes because I want to ensure your pets stay in their most comfortable, familiar environment while keeping their usual routines completely uninterrupted. I am available for overnight stays across the Louisville area and its surrounding outskirts—whether you need me for a single night or an extended vacation.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are my absolute top priorities when staying in your home. Because I have years of experience managing multi-dog households and administering medications, I am naturally highly attentive to a pet's subtle body language, stress levels, and health needs. When caring for your pets in their own environment, I focus on three core principles: Routine Continuity: I match their exact feeding, potty, and medication schedules so they experience zero disruption while you are away. Home Security & Oversight: Since I work from home, I am there the vast majority of the day. Whenever I do need to step out for errands, I ensure all pets are safely secured according to your preferences (crating, specific rooms, etc.), doors are locked, and your home is fully respected. Constant Communication: I love sending daily photo updates and quick text check-ins so you never have to wonder how your babies are doing. You’ll have total peace of mind knowing they are getting tons of cuddles, safe outdoor time, and professional-level supervision.

Amy was great. It was so nice to know our sweet girl Bella a black lab, was getting so much attention while we were away. Amy asked all the questions needed (medicine, feeding times, potty times etc) Amy took Bella for walks, Provided some well needed company and sent us pictures of Bella. Amy responded quickly to our first response and others after. Amy is a great choice if your looking for someone to take of your family pet while your away.

Calendar and availability
Schedule
Because I work from home full-time, pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine! Your pup won't be left alone for long stretches. My schedule allows me to easily step away for regular potty breaks, structured playtime, and mid-day leg stretchers. I naturally start and end my days with outdoor walks or hikes, so keeping your pet active, engaged, and perfectly on their normal home schedule is a natural part of my day.

- To ensure I can provide the safest and most comfortable care for your pet, it is incredibly helpful to know a few details ahead of time: Health & Medications: Please share any specific medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or detailed instructions for administering medications. Triggers & Anxieties: Does your dog get nervous around storms, loud noises, or specific types of external stimuli? Are they reactive on a leash when seeing other dogs or wildlife? Behavioral Quirks: Let me know if they have any resource-guarding habits (with toys or food), separation anxiety, or unique quirks like being an escape artist or a counter-surfer. Home Routine: A quick breakdown of their usual crate training routine, bathroom schedule, and where they are accustomed to sleeping at night helps me keep their environment completely seamless. I love setting up a quick Meet & Greet beforehand so we can make sure it’s a perfect match for everyone!
