I will be available again from August and able to respond to any future requests from then - best wishes* I’m a new member here at Rover.com but I’m certainly not new to pet sitting or providing care to a variety of animals. I’ve been an animal-lover since childhood and am capable of providing a professional service so you can rest assured that existing care, routines and training are adhered to when you are not able to be with your pet due to holidays or work commitments. I have experience in both pet sitting and house sitting; caring for animals ranging from dogs, cats, horses, exotic birds, rabbits, sheep, cattle, chickens, goats and pigs. I love to meet and care for animals of all types and I am flexible and adaptable to treat your pet in the way they need, meeting the individual requirements of your furry-friend. I hold an NVQ Level 2 in Horse Care and have previous experience of working with nervous pets.

I am flexible and adaptable to provide individual care for every animal. Please contact me about any requirements your pet may have, animal care will be tailored to the needs of your pet. I am very happy to continue light training, if this is something you are working on with your pet. When house-sitting I can provide basic homecare tasks e.g. plant-watering and being at the address to receive deliveries and during my stay I will upkeep the standards of your home. I understand it can be difficult to leave your pet when you have to be separated – previously I have provided photo and text updates and video calls to pet owners to ease this situation and bring comfort, feel free to ask if you would like this to be provided. Meet & Greets can then be arranged prior to your booking, so I can understand your companion’s needs and giving opportunity to go over care instructions - so you can relax when you’re away.

Amy was very obliging and my dogs really enjoyed her stay. She gave them play/exercise in the garden and she brushed them daily. I received photographs of my dogs daily and twice daily written updates. The house was tidy on my return and Amy was respectful of my property. I would definately have Amy back in the future to stay and look after my dogs.
Amy was fabulous!! She cared for our dog, cat and kitten with great care and compassion. She communicated brilliantly, I loved receiving her ‘pupdates’ and photos. She was very respectful of our home, it was just a pleasure to know she was there to give our boys just what they would need.
I was very happy and comfortable with Amy taking care of our boys 🥰 they received plenty of love and exercises and seemed to be very happy and chill during their little break, and I got updates and pictures which made me feel relaxed that my babies are in good hands. Amy also took great care of the house, we will definitely book with her again. Thank you!
I would highly recommend Amy to look after your animals safe in the knowledge that they will be well looked after. Her love of animals and all things of nature is quite apparent. I know she has worked with animals over many years and we have entrusted her to look after ours on many occasions. Likewise I have no hesitation in trusting her with our home whether popping in or staying over to look after our animals.
Amy has always had a genuine love for animals, often preferring to spend time with them rather than humans. She has worked with animals on many occasions and has wide experience and knowledge of caring for them. She has patience with animals and a wide understanding of animal behaviour. Being able to respond appropriately to them and put the animal at ease. She has frequently looked after my animals and is reliable. I trust her completely to care for my animals and to check on their well-being. I also trust her to ensure my property is safe and secure when she has visited.

Schedule
I currently work from home and for the first time in my life; have found myself with no pets at home, leaving my commitments free to care for your pet. I can be flexible to fit around your schedule/requirements and often can be available to step-in if animal care is needed last minute. Please contact me, I am happy to help and get a booking arranged.
