Busy pets are happy pets!
I have experience with just about every type of pet! I’ve cared for neighbors’ dogs, cats*, chickens, horses, and cows since I was young, and have cared for many pets of my own as well. I know how it feels to leave your pet alone, even just for a few hours, so I know how worried you might feel when you aren’t there to check if they’re getting into trouble. That’s why I want to help keep your pets busy and keep you updated on their daily activities! *I’m not able to clean litter boxes at this time due to toxoplasmosis concerns, however I still care for cats in some instances. Schedule
I’m a teacher, so I typically have plenty of availability during the summer, and around the holidays! On weekdays during the school year I am usually unavailable until late afternoon, but if your schedule is flexible, I’m usually able to make something work, so please don’t hesitate to ask!

- Before meeting, I like to get an idea of your pet's energy level, how they do meeting strangers, and the daily routines they’re accustomed to. Does your cat bolt for the door when she hears the key turn in the lock? Does your Great Pyrenees need his drool wiped after dinner? Let me know so I can be prepared! Of course I am always happy to do a meet-and-greet to discuss any special needs in more detail and have a formal introduction to your pets!
