Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pups of all shapes and sizes. I currently share a friendly dog with a friend (he stays with me part-time), and I also have a playful 3-year-old rescue Parson’s Terrier who loves making new dog friends! I work remotely from home, so your dog will get plenty of attention, regular toilet breaks, and a calm, consistent presence throughout the day. Each day I do an hour long walk with the dogs at Ashridge estate woods and can accommodate on or off lead - whichever suits your pet. I aim to make every dog feel safe, loved, and right at home and our home will be their home.

Bertie boarded with Amy for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. I have no hesitation in recommending Amy. I did not have a moment’s worry about Bertie as I knew he was in safe and loving hands. He had great fun on long walks and he soon became part of the family.
Amy took great care of my dog Susie while we were on holiday for a week. She sent lots of pictures and updates of their adventures. Would recommend and will use again.

Schedule
I work from home mon-thur so can manage any toilet break requirements that are needed and do not work at all Fridays. I go for two long walks per day so the dogs can be off their lead if they are able to be, and two local short toilet breaks as a minimum per day.

I have a enclosed fenced back garden for the dogs, and am a very safety conscious dog owner, so be reassured your dog will be safe with me.

A typical day
Long walk in Ashridge woods in the morning, regular toilet breaks and lots of play time during the day. I can adjust my walk time depending on your needs and we can go at lunchtime if preferred. I work from home in a flexible job so can easily shift my day around.
