I provide a home away from home boarding experience for your pet as well as housesitting, dog walking & drop in visits for all different animals. I grew up with dogs, cats, horses, ponies, rabbits etc. From the age of 14-20 I worked at a local Southern CA. Veterinarians office as a vet tech/groomer. I have experience with IM, IV and oral medication administration (cats & dogs), bathing cats and dogs, trimming their nails, cleaning their ears, administering flea treatments, hair cuts, vaccinations, senior/puppy care, etc.

Amy was excellent at watching our senior cat, who required medication twice a day. She was extremely attentive and responsive to his needs, especially his picky preferences for receiving as an older cat. We really appreciated her help and time to be able to make so many frequent visits and would rebook Amy again in the future.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
About my home: I live in a 2 bedroom apartment above a horse barn. The farm backs up to an Agricultural Park with miles of nature trails. Boarding: I will take your dog on a daily adventure hike on the trails so they can explore and sniff (weather permitting). I have access to an enclosed indoor horse arena so your dog can run and sniff and play fetch. I will follow the schedule that you provide regarding feedings and number of potty breaks per day. Since my apartment is above a horse barn they may hear noises that they are not used to, for this reason I do require a meet and greet to make sure the horses do not cause your dog any added anxiety. I am in & out all day long, So I am able to attend to pets in need of frequent potty breaks. House sitting Same as boarding except your house will be the house that I am in & out of all day rather than mine. And the daily adventure hike would be in your neighborhood rather than the trails off my farm.
A typical day
lots of walks with one long walk (if dog is able) on the trails behind the farm. If your pup likes to play fetch then we usually go to the fenced in arena 1-2 times a day to play with a ball.
