Upon moving to the Tampa Bay Area I got involved with being the reliable, caring, loving neighborhood dog sitter. Then I felt compiled to get involved with a local dog rescue to care as a foster mama. I've had 13+ dogs in my care that ranged from 10 days-18 months in my care over the past few years. And now, I'm opening my home up to those seeking a nurturing person to care for my individual pet needs. Or offering the convenience of coming to your home to care for your dog(s) or cat(s) as a drop-in visit or dog walking option. Each visit will be filled with love & undivided attention to your fur baby/ies.

Amy is fantastic - incredibly reliable, kind and wonderful to work with. My dog looks forward to every walk and visit with her, and I can always count that Charlie will be well cared for when she is with him. I recently had a family emergency that involved last minute additional support and Amy graciously stepped up to accommodate the situation while I was away. I am so grateful!

Amy was fantastic! This was our first time boarding our senior dog and she put our minds at ease. She was very attentive to our instructions and provided many updates on our boy throughout his stay with her.
Amy was fantastic! She was very patient with my two older cats who did not like being left "behind". She communicated and sent photos each day. She was very flexible as we tried different solutions to get each cat to eat their respective food/meds. Plants were taken care of, as well as mail brought in. Overall, very pleased and the cats look great!
Amy is fantastic- she responds promptly, is wonderful with Charlie, communicative and thorough. I also appreciate that she was able to support a last minute request due to a flight delay. Thank you Amy!

Schedule
My primary work is seasonal pulling me out-of-town during the spring & fall months. When I'm home, I fill my days with caring and nurturing pets which is a genuine passion of mine. This also allows for a flexible schedule to suit the needs of your beloved family member. This will also provide me to provide them the attention and time needed to make sure they feel loved, safe, and happy.

Boarding: When I'm home your fur baby will have the ability to roam the house and will have the option to utilize a crate, if needed when unsupervised. Each stay will include multiple, supervised, outdoor play time in the fenced in backyard and daily walks (or runs if they are prefer to run). Drop-In Visits: I'll spend time playing with them and checking their food/water supplies, clean out the litter box, and check the house to make sure no mess was made. (30 minutes) Dog Walks: I'll swing by to walk or run with your doggo, check their food/water supply, and get them settled before leaving out. (30 minute or 60 minutes available) **All services will include pictures/video & updates.
A typical day
I will be sure to stimulate you dog based on their needs and preferences. Typically I'll incorporate both physical and mental activities daily. Mentally we'll work on commands and puzzle enrichment activities. Physical activities would include playing in the yard, going on walks/runs, and upon special request going to doggie parks or on playdates with local fur friends.
