Let me love ur furbaby like my own!
I have taken care of dogs for much of my life. I started doing Rover in 2024 after saying goodbye to my furbaby after more than 16 years together. What began because I have lots of love to give to dogs, just was not ready to have another one of my own has turned into a passion! I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, from pups to seniors. I love a pup snuggle and want your dog to be as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I have a 6’ privacy fully fenced yard, great for bigger dogs. I take daily walks and would love a furry companion for active dogs. I have experience giving medications, as well as blind and deaf dogs. Additionally, I WFH and because I don't have a pup of my own, can take the sweet babies that need to be solo pups. I ask that you provide food, treats, favorite toys, and while your pup is welcome to sleep in my bed, their bed or crate if that is what they are accustomed to. I also love visiting cats. I have several that I visit regularly, including a senior kitty that needs daily medication and grooming, since she no longer grooms herself. I am regularly told "I have a cat too but you won't see them" when I do pup visits and I always am visited by said cat. I love it because I believe that cats know I love all animals and that I am a safe space for them!

Amy is fantastic! My dog absolutely loved her, which was evident by the pictures she sent. She was very responsive to my messages, and asked questions if she was concerned about anything. Amy has a lovely personality as well, and I will definitely use her again when I need a sitter.
Amy did a wonderful job taking care of our 4 cats for a week while we were out of the country. She provided detailed and timely updates, and was flexible with our schedule when we had a flight delay. Will definitely be booking Amy again when services are needed.
I had an amazing experience with Amy, and couldn’t be more grateful. We were away for a week and she gave us updates daily with photos to let us know how our fur babies were doing. What really stands out is Amy went above and beyond to let us know of additional tasks that we hadn’t mentioned forgot to mention. Amy really is the best!
Amy was absolutely wonderful with our dog Marley! From the start she gave him all the time and attention he needed to feel comfortable, and kept us updated throughout. You can tell she genuinely cares about the pets in her care. We're so grateful to have found her and will definitely be booking again!

Schedule
As I mentioned, I WFH, so have lots of time to be with your pup! I will occasionally need to be away, but not for longer than a few hours and will always communicate this ahead of time (at time of booking).

I have a fully fenced yard, 6’ fence for the side and back and a small area of my front yard with a smaller fence for those pups that love to see what’s going on! I always remain outside with your pet. If your fur baby is used to having their crate with them, bring it along! I have plenty of space!
A typical day
I think it’s very important to do fun activities that your pet loves and I always meet them where they are. Pup doing some training? I’m happy to work on those same activities while you’re gone! An active dog that loves to play? I work hard to keep your loved furry one happy with tug, playing with a ball or anything that they love! Have a senior that likes to veg out and sofa surf? That’s just fine too!
