Practiced sitter, pro dog cuddler!
Aside from my countless canine guests over the last few years, I've trained two puppies, helped to rear a couple of litters, and have socialised my charming rescue dog, Pantu! I also have experience with arthritic and senior dogs, as well as those with more complex physical needs, I am a very experienced sitter and am a keen dog walker - I adore all pups and love spending my time getting to know new furry faces!

My dog has had one afternoon with Amy so far. Amy was lovely with my rescue dog, who can get very scared. There was a little tension when the three dogs first met but Amy understood the situation and sensibly separated them briefly, then gently introduced them to each other, and then quickly managed to settle them all down for a harmonious and contented afternoon together. My dog is now booked in for a two night stay and I have full confidence in Amy’s ability to look after her sensitively and safely.

Schedule
I work from home, and my hours are pretty sporadic as I'm freelance. So I have all the time in the world to take care of the pups - a fact that my border collie regularly takes advantage of! We walk in the woods and park twice a day, with regular play breaks in between.

Safety, trust & environment
My border collie, Pantu, is exceptionally chill, and gets on well with other dogs. We have a secure garden for sunbasking and play time, and are right next to Endcliffe Park and Bingham Park, meaning we can walk all the way out to the Peaks from home! Dogs are welcome throughout the house, including for cuddles on the sofa (and often on the bed!).

A typical day
I love to keep your dogs busy, with games, toys and walks throughout the day! Whether they're ball obsessed, like hunting for treats, or just love a good run around, I'll find an activity that works for them! We walk in the woods and park twice a day, with regular play breaks in between, and often take a walk or drive up to the Peaks or around Redmires Reservoir.
