Safety, trust & environment
Your pets’ new favorite human (and your plants’ biggest cheerleader). I’m a dependable, animal-loving house sitter who treats every home like my own and every pet like family. From cats who prefer quiet companionship to dogs who love extra walks and playtime, I’m happy to meet them right where they are. I’m also a huge plant lover who takes watering schedules very seriously (no sad leaves on my watch). I do solo sits, overnight and long-term stays, and understand how important trust and communication are. My goal is simple: happy pets, thriving plants, and total peace of mind while you’re away.
Information Amy G. would like to know about your pet
Prior to a visit it is most important for me to know about your pets temperament. Do they guard their food, prefer to walk alone or with other dogs. Can they say hello to other pets during outside time? I personally prefer to not interact with other pets as much as possible unless otherwise directed. Not only for my safety, but for the safety of every pet. This ensures a comfortable environment for all.
A typical day
I prefer to adhere to your pets daily schedule as much as possible. If your pet goes out at 5am for potty and a walk, I will do the same. Personally, I know how hard it is getting back to your schedule after a week of free will so keeping your pets and home on the same routine is a priority for me. Now they may receive a bit more play time and belly rubs but who doesn’t prefer a little extra love right?

Pet care experience
I’ve been pet and house sitting for the past four years in a variety of locations, with experience caring for multiple pets at once. My main long-term sit was for a family in Park City with five pets: Bravo, a German Shepherd; Khavi and Quinn, two brown labs (with Quinn needing extra monitoring due to age and medical needs); and two cats, Jet, an orange cat with asthma, and Rocky, a very elderly grey cat. This experience taught me how to manage different routines, personalities, and medical needs while keeping pets comfortable and happy in their home.

Reviews

Amy took great care of our home and pets!

Amy did an amazing job at watching our big boy. We came back to a very happy doggo. She was very respectful of our space and everything was nice and tidy. We definitely will use Amy again for any dog sitting needs.
