Availability
I am a stay at home mum and have horses at our stables where the dogs enjoy running and playing in the fields. I am home most of the day apart from school drop off/pick up and when I’m out in the yard, normally with the dogs! All dogs are kept as part of our family and must be good with other dogs and children. My boys love to play football, fetch and run through the woods with the dogs and they all have space to rest either in front of the fire or in a quiet room with cosy beds if they prefer. We ask to meet all potential visitors to ensure everybody is happy before bookings are confirmed.

A typical day
Everybody is let out for a wee first thing then it’s breakfast time. After school drop off it’s time for a big walk, through the woods and fields chasing sticks and splashing in puddles. Once home muddy dogs are dried out in the utility room where the back door onto the garden is open for them to come and go but they normally chose stay inside and sleep! After school pick up either another walk or a game of football, fetch etc in the garden.

Pet care experience
Having grown up on a farm with dogs, cats and horses all of my life I feel a house isn’t a home without a dog!
Reviews

Patch settled in to the family immediately and had a really lovely time on the farm. He is a country dog so this suited him down to the ground. I would certainly board him with Amy again. He clearly loved it there.
I would not hesitate in recommending Amy to take great care of your beloved dog. Nothing was too much trouble. We were apprehensive about leaving our boy for a week, for the first time, given he has terrible separation anxiety (from us, that is). We would usually holiday in the UK in our tourer and Jasper would come with us, but on this occasion, it was our nieces wedding which was abroad. From the day of dropping Jasper off to the day we collected him, we were kept up to date and informed, we were FaceTimed and pictures were also sent (we were asked if / how we wanted to be kept informed). We are now looking in to booking a holiday for summer 2023 abroad and will be taking our boy to Amy again.
Amy is a kind, caring person her love of animals is obvious, my Jack Russell has stayed with her many times and is very happy and settled, I wouldn’t leave her with anyone else. I can confidently recommend amy who will ensure your pet has the best care possible.
Highly recommend Amy ans wouldn’t let anyone else care for my dog She is a natural animal lover and Oscar loves staying with her, she treats him like her own
