I am a full-time pet sitter/farm sitter. So, I can spend all day long with your fur babies! I just completed a 4 moth long farm sitter job, where I cared for 30 horses and 3 cats. I was able to stay with them all day and all night.

A typical day
Whether its an energetic new puppy, that needs to burn LOTS of energy, or a senior pet who just needs extra love, I am happy to accommodate and tailor to each pet individually. I am EXTREMELY active so I enjoy wearing out energetic dogs. There's not a dog that can wear me out, yet! And at the same time, I can reel it in and provide a quiet peaceful day for a senior pet too.

Pet care experience
I have been around animals all my life, especially dogs. I have competed in AKC dogs shows and been extremely successful. I competed in Rally-Obedience as well as some agility and I have more ribbons then I care to count. I also used to breed Shetland Sheepdogs and been pet sitting since before I was a teenager. Aside from my home life with my dogs I have also worked at grooming facilities as well as boarding kennels too. I absolutely love spending time with animals. Aside from that, I also graduated from Meredith Manor Equestrian College and have over 20 years of experience with horses and various farm animals. I have owned and worked with horses for 20 years now.

Amy was an outstanding sitter for my senior pup! She built trust with him quickly - including with his insulin injections - and I came home to a happy, relaxed pup. Amy was a great communicator, provided wonderful updates, and was a respectful house guest. We look forward to having Amy over again!
It was our first time leaving our 10 mos old pup for an out of state trip and he couldn't have been in better hands. Amy sent timely updates and pics easing any worries we had. Bodhi got lots of walks and dog park time… and she watered my porch flower pots too. Thank you so much!
