Hi there! We’re a family of four who have loved and cared for dogs for more than 20 years. Our two boys are now off at college, and our home has gotten a little quieter—especially after we lost our dog last fall. While we’re planning to adopt again in the future, we’d love to fill that space by caring for other dogs in the meantime. We have extensive experience with large, active, high-energy dogs, so daily exercise, structure, and playtime are second nature to us. Long walks, outdoor time, and keeping dogs mentally and physically engaged are all part of our routine. Our home has a secure fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play, and we’re active walkers 5–6 days a week, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and fresh air. There is also a work-from-home adult in the house most days of the week, which means your dog will have lots of supervision, companionship, and attention throughout the day. We can’t wait to meet your pup! 🐾

I would highly recommend Amy and Dave and would rebook when we need dog care. They helped my nervous dog feel at home, and I was able to relax knowing she was well taken care of. We also had a flight delay coming home, and they worked with us on changing the pick-up time.

Amy and Davie took fantastic care of Ginger. They were very attentive, quick to respond, and kept us updated with messages and pictures, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. It was clear Ginger was in great hands. We really appreciated the care and attention they gave her, and we would absolutely trust them to watch Ginger again. Highly recommended!
Amy is so good with my dogs, she gives them so much love and takes great care of them. Sends me updates and pictures too! She also loves to walk them!

Schedule
We have a work-from-home adult in the house most days of the week, so dogs are rarely left alone and get plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. We’re also active walkers 5–6 days a week, so regular walks and outdoor time are already part of our routine. Because our kids are now away at college, our schedule is flexible and our home is fairly quiet, which allows us to give visiting dogs plenty of time, care, and companionship. Between walks, time in our fenced-in yard, and relaxing inside, dogs staying with us will get a great balance of activity and comfort.

We provide a calm, clean, and structured environment where they can relax while still getting plenty of exercise and attention. We have a secure fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and bathroom breaks, and dogs are always supervised while outside. Because there is a work-from-home adult in the house most days of the week, your dog will receive consistent supervision, companionship, and care throughout the day. We are experienced with large, active dogs and understand the importance of regular exercise, routine, and positive interaction. Dogs staying with us will enjoy daily walks, playtime, and plenty of affection, while also having comfortable indoor space to rest. We follow each pet owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, and any specific routines that help your dog feel at home. Our goal is to make your dog feel safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. 🐾
