High Energy Walks & Gentle Care
I specialize in drop ins and long, enriching walks tailored to your dog’s unique energy level and needs. I’ve been caring for animals since I was 13, starting with regular drop in care for a neighbor’s golden retriever while they were out of town. I grew up with an active pointer, which gave me a strong appreciation for high energy dogs that thrive on long walks, exploration, and mental stimulation. Whether your dog needs a multi mile walk or hike to burn energy, a structured walk with training reinforcement, or a slow sniff filled stroll at their own pace. I’m happy to meet them where they’re at! I also have hands on experience with small breeds and special needs dogs, including IVDD care. I currently care for a 4 yr old weenie diagnosed with IVDD, so I understand the importance of gentle handling, monitoring movement and strain, & keeping walks safe, calm, and low impact. For pups who enjoy a little extra motivation, I can provide high quality treats (with owner approval, of course). I typically bring air dried, minimally processed options and occasionally natural chews such as dried duck feet or beef tendons for enrichment. In addition to dogs, I’m very comfortable with cats. I currently have a 5 yr old cat, Artemis, and previously cared for a diabetic cat, so I’m confident handling feeding routines, medications, and more attentive care needs. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for like they’re hanging out with someone they already know.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. When caring for pets in your home, I follow all instructions closely and make sure your pet stays in a calm and caring environment. For walks, I pay close attention to surroundings, leash safety, and your dog’s behavior to ensure a safe and positive experience. I’m experienced with both high energy dogs and small or special needs pets, including those who require slower, more gentle handling. I always provide updates and photos so you feel confident your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away.

AJ has been walking my two dachshunds every other day, Monday through Friday, and she has been an absolute lifesaver. Knowing they’re not alone during my longer work shifts gives me so much peace of mind. She’s incredibly trustworthy and takes such great care of them. It’s obvious how much they enjoy her visits. They’re always so excited when she arrives and are left tired and happy afterward. I truly couldn’t ask for a better dog walker and won’t be using anyone else for my two babies. Schedule
I’m available Tuesday - Sunday for most hours of the day, with a flexible schedule that allows me to prioritize drop ins and walks around your pet’s routine. Whether your pet needs a morning visit, midday walk, or evening check in, I’m able to accommodate a wide range of times. I especially enjoy longer walks for high energy dogs and can dedicate the time needed for multi mile walks, enrichment, or a slower paced visit depending on your pet’s needs. I’m reliable, communicative, and committed to showing up consistently for you and your pet.
