Information Amy C. would like to know about your pet
Before visits, it’s helpful for us to know your pet’s routine, feeding schedule, personality, and any medical or behavioural needs. Every pet is different, so understanding their preferences helps us make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Please let us know if your pet has any special requirements, medications, favourite toys, or things they may be nervous about. We’re happy to follow your instructions so your pet’s routine stays as normal as possible.
A typical day
Each visit is tailored to your pet’s routine and personality. We’ll make sure your pet is fed, has fresh water, and gets plenty of attention and care while you’re away from home. For dogs, this may include playtime, enrichment, short walks if required, and lots of affection to keep them happy and stimulated. For cats, we’ll spend time playing, refreshing food and litter trays, and making sure they feel calm and comfortable in their own space. We’ll also send updates and photos so you can feel reassured that your pet is happy and well looked after.

Pet care experience
We have both always loved animals and have grown up with dogs and cats, so caring for pets has always been a natural part of our lives. Amy previously worked in a cattery and kennels for around three years during busy holiday periods, helping to care for a range of cats and dogs. This experience built strong confidence in handling different breeds, personalities, and needs, as well as understanding how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. Together, we regularly look after dogs and cats for family and friends, providing feeding, companionship, and drop-in visits when owners are away. We’re now offering cat and dog drop-in visits in our spare time because we genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure pets are happy, relaxed, and well cared for in their own home.
