I work from home, which means I can offer company throughout the day as well as regular walks and playtime. Getting outside is important to me too, so I’d love to have a furry walking companion for lunchtime strolls and evening adventures.

My preference would be for smaller dogs, but I’m willing to take larger dogs that are well behaved on and off the lead. Please let me know if your pet has any special requirements.
A typical day
I’m based in Newhaven and feel very lucky to have some fantastic walking spots right on my doorstep, including Victoria Park, Wardie Bay, and the Leith cycle path. Whether your dog enjoys a gentle sniff around the park, a beach wander, or a longer stretch of the legs, there are lots of options nearby to suit different needs and energy levels.

Pet care experience
I’m a 37-year-old single female with a lifelong love of dogs. Having grown up with them, I have plenty of hands-on experience with everything from playful puppies to gentle senior dogs. I really miss having a dog in my life, so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to spend time with some four-legged friends while giving them the love, care, and attention they deserve. I’m really looking forward to meeting some new furry friends and being part of their happy day-to-day routine 🐶💛

Amy was a perfect carer for Luna. She made her at home in her lovely flat by the sea, took Luna for walks by the seafront and gave her lots of love and cuddles. She also let her on the sofa and her bed. Luna had a lovely week with Amy and I would highly recommend her. Amy sent lots of regular updates of Luna with photos and videos throughout lunas stay, she looked very happy I actually wondered if she would want to come home at all.
Amy took great care of Honey while we were away. We had never left Honey before but Amy was kind, friendly, and patient, which immediately put me at ease. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. I really appreciated the regular updates and could see that Honey was happy, relaxed, and well cared for the entire time. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter. Thank you again for taking such great care of Honey!
Amy looked after our little Ollie for a couple of weeks, and we'd definitely have her dog sit again! She made us feel really comfortable and did a great job looking after him, especially as he has some specific dietary issues and has been recovering from an injury so he needed extra attention. She shared lots of updates and pictures which always helps too!
