I have had pets all my life, from dogs and cats, hamsters and guinea pigs, to turtles and budgies. I am a pet person through and through. I'd love to welcome your fur baby into our home for any reason you may need. We have a very welcoming and pet friendly home with a large back garden and plenty of forested walks in the area.

As always and without compromise, Amy and her family treat Cookie as if she was their own dog. This always gives me confidence with the satisfaction of knowing that Cookie is in the safest and most caring hands.
Having found myself in an emergency during the recent heatwave I registered with Rover to find help. Not only did Amy accept my request with extremely short notice but the care and consideration for individual needs for my dog were exceptional. Especially during such a challenging climate which included our hottest days on record. I cannot thank Amy and her family enough for giving Luna such love and attention. I will be returning if Luna needs a loving home again. Highly recommended!
Luna stayed with Amy and her family for 11 days, while we were away. She had the most wonderful stay and it was so comforting to know that she was in safe hands. Amy sent regular updates with photos and videos, so we were totally up to date with Luna’s daily activities. She has arrived back a very happy and healthy pup and we couldn’t be more grateful! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Amy and I’m sure that Luna can’t wait to go back to see her pals!

Amy looked after Snorkers really well. He can be a little anxious around new people but she made him feel relaxed and ensured he had plenty of walkies, treats and lots of toys to play with! She also sent me photos throughout the day which was great!

Schedule
I am home most days of the week however, when looking after pets in our home, I ensure that I am home with the doggies or cats all the time. My daughters also love helping to look after pets in our home too making sure that they are happy and content.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a very large fenced garden that is perfect for ball games, running and just sniffing around. We also have plenty of forested walks around our area for bigger walks. I always ensure the dogs we look after are out for a min of 2 walks a day while in our care. They will also have water available 24/7 and we will work to any feeding schedule you already have in place without fuss. For cat sitting, our home is secure for staying at our place. For house visiting, we will ensure a min of 2 visits a day for water and feeding with lots of fuss and playing as needed. I am also available on Wed-Sunday for doggy day care where doggies can come and stay and play for the day.
Pets
A typical day
I work from home most days of the week and like to get out for morning and evening walks, along with a longer lunchtime walk around the area. We like to play lots of games with the pups we look after in our garden too. My 2 daughters always help with throwing ball. In the evenings, we like a cuddle in front of the TV to calm down after a day of fun. If there is a day that I do need to go into the office, I will be back at lunchtime to walk the pups and spoil them with attention. There is never someone away from our home for more than 4 hours on any day.
